Mr. Green is an experienced community economic developer with over 43 years’ experience in construction, land development, enterprise development, and provision of services to underserved communities.
Alexandra Green
Vice President & Director of Operations
Alex joined Acquest in the fall of 2019, wanting to carry on the family business and continue the good work in community economic development started by her father. Alex attended the University of Tennessee and graduated with a B.S. in Retail & Consumer Sciences with a Minor in Business Administration before continuing her education at Auburn University, where she received a Master’s of Science degree in Consumer & Design Sciences. While at Auburn, Alex studied and conducted research on consumer behavior and the psychology of product design while also completing courses in branding, social media marketing, consumer theory, and social psychology. Throughout her career, she has gained a broad range of experiences through internships and full time positions with Carter’s Inc., Badgley Mischka, Carestream Dental, and J. Crew. Most recently, Alex was on the Perceived Quality team at McLaren Automotive Ltd in the UK, working with the design and engineering divisions to improve consumer perceptions about the design of their supercars. Alex brings a passion for functional and beautiful design and an understanding of consumer preferences to DBA, making her an integral and personable asset to the team.

Robert Gorman - Gorman Architects, P.A.
Robert is deeply rooted in Baltimore, having been born and raised in a modest working class Baltimore neighborhood. He obtained his Architectural and Design Technology Degree from Catonsville Community College in 1974 and his Bachelor of Architecture Degree from The University of Maryland in 1979. Robert has been a Maryland Licensed Architect for more than 30 years and his professional associations include the American Institute of Architects, The International Code Council, and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Gorman Architects is presently licensed to practice Architecture in Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Virginia, and South Carolina.
Nader Bazzazieh - EnviroDesign Inc, P.E.
Mr. Nader Bazzazieh is the President and Founder of EnviroDesign Consulting Engineering Company. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC, and a Board Certified Water and Wastewater Engineer by the American Academy of Environmental Engineers. Mr. Nader Bazzazieh has over 40 years of successful experience in numerous civil and environmental engineering projects in the United States and overseas. His expertise includes evaluation, design, modeling, and construction management for water supply, wastewater collection and treatment facilities, stormwater collection and treatment, residential and commercial site design, green structures, flood control, stream restoration and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.
